THE ROLE

As a new member to the team, you will start by supporting existing projects and work with different members of the team on a wide variety of projects. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to manage your own projects and form relationships with Verte’s clients.Your responsibilities will primarily involve:

  • Performing Embodied Carbon analyses
  • Reporting on results of Embodied Carbon analyses
  • Working alongside architects and engineers to reduce embodied carbon of buildings
  • Contributing towards rating systems’ (BREEAM/WELL) evidence
  • Managing own workload to meet project deadlines.
  • Attending site visits to review progress against sustainability targets.
  • Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes and distributing actions.
  • Be responsible for your own personal and professional development with support from the senior team.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

DESIRABLES

Desirable experience includes:

  • Familiarity with One Click LCA
  • Understanding of Net Zero Carbon issues and company ESG objectives.
  • Knowledge of Circular Economy principles.
  • LEED and/or BREEAM license
