Verte Expands Team

We are pleased to announce the continued growth of our Green Building Certification team with the addition of two new Sustainability Consultants: Amy Cornwall and Walid Nader. 

Amy joins us with a strong background in BREEAM, WELL, LEED, and SKA assessments. She specialises in developing sustainable strategies that enhance building performance and support occupant wellbeing. Amy is already advising clients on effective certification pathways aligned with ESG objectives, helping them deliver future-ready, people-focused spaces. 

Walid brings extensive experience in delivering SKA assessments and supporting on BREEAM, WELL, and LEED projects. He will be focused on helping clients embed sustainability principles into their fit-out projects—from initial concept through to completion. 

We are delighted to welcome both Walid and Amy to the Verte team as we continue to expand our capabilities and support clients in achieving their sustainability goals.
