Blog_Verte team expands sustainability accreditations

The Verte team has been busy over the Summer. Congratulations to Jasmine Rolison-Choudry, Alastair Findlay, Sydney Green & Lucia Sadier who have all secured new sustainability accreditations! We’re proud of our specialist team continuing in their professional development & acquiring new sustainability skills to enable clients to meet ESG targets.

Jasmine has qualified as a WELL AP and is working with clients to secure recognition for their commitment to prioritising their people, by creating healthy spaces for them to thrive. Jasmine is also a BREEAM Assessor and Fitwel Amb.

Alastair has obtained his Level 1 Certificate in Energy Management Essentials from the Energy Institute and is looking forward to helping clients reduce their operational energy consumption.

Sydney has qualified as a LEED AP Interior Design + Construction. For our international clients, LEED certification provides recognition of their sustainability achievements – with the anticipated LEED v5 being released next year. Sydney is also now an ActiveScore AP – working with clients to achieve certification for their active travel facilities.

And Lucia is now a SKA HE Assessor, helping clients achieve ratings for their fit-out and refurbishment projects.

If you would like to find out more about creating the optimal green building certification strategy for your portfolio and assets, say hello@verteltd.com – our team would love to help.
